Discuss a Website Representation of Your Topic Case Study
Refer to the website you identified in Module 2 about the topic you have chosen for your Portfolio Project. Respond to the following:
· Summarize the website and describe the important information presented.
· Does this website depict your topic accurately?
· How does the information you find in the website compare to the information you have read in your textbook and discovered through your portfolio research?
Module 2:
Choose a current political leader. You will provide background information on your chosen leader, explain how they came to power, describe the source and extent of their power, describe their leadership style (i.e. transactional, transformational), and describe and evaluate at least two decisions they have made since coming to power .
I chose South Sudan’s president, Salva Kiir Mayardit, using the Encyclopedia Britannica as well as a few other sources. I wanted to start off with the Britannica because I do not know anything about South Sudan or it’s leader. I figured I could get a quick glance at Mayardit before digging further into his background.
